Keith was absolutely exceptional. Our travel plans changed unexpectedly, and with less than 24 hours' notice we suddenly needed to find a luxury hotel in Saint-Tropez during peak season. After coming up empty searching on my own, I reached out to Keith, who immediately stepped in with the perfect recommendation.

The booking process was effortless. Keith personally contacted the hotel before our arrival to let them know we'd be arriving early, and when we pulled up the staff greeted us by name, welcomed us with cold towels and refreshments, and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely looked after.

Luxury hotels naturally have many guests competing for attention, but having Keith in our corner made us feel like a priority throughout the entire experience. I'll absolutely be using Keith for future luxury travel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
