About
This spring I spent four weeks checking into 38 hotels across eight Greek islands — because “which room should we book?” deserves a better answer than a screenshot of someone else’s stay.
I’m a Fora travel advisor specializing in Europe, honeymoons and hotels worth the airfare. I tour the properties, sleep in the rooms where it matters, keep the notes — and when you book through me, the hotel hears from me before you arrive.

Before I planned trips, I spent ten years in wine & spirits, building luxury brands — Clase Azul, Casamigos, Q Mixers. It was an education money can’t buy: I stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the world because that’s where the business happened, and I sat through more Michelin-starred dinners than I can count — hosted by people whose job was impressing someone who does this every week.
That’s where the eye comes from. When excellence is your day job, marble lobbies stop impressing you — and you start noticing what actually separates a great property: the service that anticipates, the room that’s sited right, the details that hold up on a second and third visit.
My favorite memory of that decade: my 31st birthday at Montage Healdsburg — a table of winemakers and restaurant owners, the real tastemakers of wine country.
I’ve since been back to Montage more times than any other hotel on my list. That’s not nostalgia — that’s the through-line: the places worth returning to announce themselves, if you know what to look for.
Suites With Keith started the way these things actually start: friends and family had been asking me for years where to stay and what was worth it. At some point the side conversation deserved to become the job — so I took the leap, and started doing for strangers what I’d always done for the people closest to me. My first move as an advisor: four weeks, eight islands, 38 hotels across the Cyclades, notes on everything.
The other thing that decade taught me is that this is a relationship business. I like knowing my clients — the occasion, the pet peeves, what “perfect” means to you specifically. That’s the part no rate or perk can substitute for.
The perks are similar. The experience isn’t.
Amex and Chase can match the breakfast and the credit. What they can’t do is tell you which of two hotels is right for you, name the room worth the difference, or call the property before you arrive. Have FHR credits? Use both: book one night through Amex, the rest through me, and you usually keep the benefits of each.
That’s the whole form. I’ll take it from there.
