“Keith made me believe in using travel agents again. He carefully put together thoughtful options and called out why he would choose each. He took so much work off my shoulders!”
“Extremely responsive and quick to help with anything I need. I’ve already used his services four times in the past two months. I won’t ever book a stay without Keith again.”

No. Recommendations and bookings are complimentary, and often carry preferred-partner amenities on top.
The perks are similar. The experience isn’t. The rate is the one you’d pay booking direct — sometimes better — and through my relationships with the hotels, your stay is personalized from before you arrive until you check out.
Yes — the best play is usually to book one night through Amex or Chase FHR and the remaining nights through me. You typically keep the benefits of both programs, plus my advocacy with the hotel, which the card programs don’t offer.
In many cases I can take over the reservation as your advisor, advocate on your behalf, and add any available preferred-partner amenities to a stay you already have.
Three to six months before departure is ideal. Shorter works — if you’re traveling within the next 30 days, you’ll hear from me the same day.
Yes — I consult on points so you get the best value from them, including booking international business and first-class award flights.
Yes — door-to-door transfers are part of every itinerary I plan: private helicopter charters through my partnership with Hoper, private boats between islands like Sifnos, Paros and Milos, luxury airport transfers, and chauffeured cars across Greece, Italy, France and beyond.
Absolutely. Private guides and drivers, chef’s tables, after-hours museum tours, wine tastings, a private boat day on Lake Como, a high-touch shopping day in Paris — if you can imagine it, I’ll build it into the trip.
Yes, through trusted charter brokers: yacht charters from single-day boats to fully crewed multi-day itineraries in the Greek islands, the Amalfi Coast and the Caribbean, and private jet charter for domestic and international routes. Tell me the route, dates and group size and I’ll source vetted options.
For the right clients, yes — a limited number of annual arrangements: one flat yearly fee for unlimited planning access, covering hotels, full itineraries, transfers, points strategy, and support while you’re traveling.
Yes. Through my partner network I have access to a hand-selected list of private homes and villas, each vetted for quality and service. They come with added benefits and, in most cases, no end-of-stay cleaning fee.
Browse hotels, compare rates and perks, and book on your own through my Client Portal — still connected to me as your advisor. Best for the simpler stays: a last-minute overnight, a quick weekend, a hotel you already have in mind.
Full-service planning doesn’t change — itineraries, honeymoons, and anything with moving parts still start with a conversation below.
Typically room upgrades, resort credits, and a welcome that knows your name.

“Lake Como in September” is a complete answer. I’ll take it from there.
