Looking out from Forestis at the Odle peaks at golden hour

The Forestis Villa

The ultimate private villa in the Dolomites: five bedrooms, a team of 14, a private pool and spa, and the Odle on the horizon. Children welcome.

I toured the villa during my stay at Forestis, and it was truly stunning.

Set at the entrance to Forestis, high above Bressanone, the villa is a private world within one of the finest wellness retreats in the Alps. It sleeps ten across five bedrooms, with a team of 14 staff dedicated just to the villa, so it feels like having your own hotel within the hotel.

You have your own pool, your own spa with a sauna, steam room and cold plunge, and a fully equipped gym, and it’s incredibly private all around. When you want more, the hotel’s restaurants, its spa and the best view of the Odle in the Dolomites are steps away.

One detail matters a lot for families: the Forestis hotel is for guests aged 14 and over, but children are welcome in the villa. For a milestone birthday, a family celebration or a group of friends, there’s nothing like it in the Dolomites.

Who it’s for

A family celebration, a group of friends, or a reunion

Split between ten guests, the villa is a remarkable way to experience Forestis: complete privacy, a dedicated team, and the hotel’s spa and dining whenever you want them. It’s the only way to bring younger children to Forestis, and the way I’d plan a milestone trip to the Dolomites for a group.
