If this property were located in Oia instead, it'd probably be competing for one of my top three spots on the island.
Set near, but not in, Imerovigli, Concept is genuinely different from the rest of the Andronis portfolio — and from most of this island. The architecture breaks from the traditional white cave look with warm, earthy modern tones that blend into the volcanic landscape.
The Kallos Spa is the nicest spa I saw on Santorini, and maybe in the Cyclades. Pair it with just 28 newly renovated suites and villas — each with a private terrace and infinity pool facing the caldera sunset — and Throubi, the on-site restaurant serving indigenous Greek delicacies, and you have a genuine wellness sanctuary rather than a hotel with a spa menu.
Rooms are generous and feel very private. If this property were located in Oia instead, it'd probably be competing for one of my top three spots on the island.
