The Fine Print, From Someone Who's Been
Some rooms sit directly on the Fira-to-Oia walking path. Not all, but a few have the hiking trail passing right in front — worth checking before booking, and worth telling me if privacy matters to you.
Family-friendly, but families are steered elsewhere. Andronis points families toward Arcadia, whose resort setup fits them better.
It's near Imerovigli, not in it. You'll taxi or drive to dinner in Oia and Imerovigli proper — a fair trade for the quiet.
If this property were located in Oia instead, it'd probably be competing for one of my top three spots on the island.
