Three of the most beautiful positions on the caldera — an icon whose interiors are ready for their next chapter.

Katikies holds some of the most storied real estate on Santorini — the setting across all three Caldera properties is undeniably beautiful, the white terraced architecture is what half of the island's postcards are made of, and the spa at Pelagos House is expansive and genuinely impressive.

Where the portfolio trails the top of my list is simple: the interiors haven't kept pace with the island's recent renovation wave — classic rather than current — and unlike Andronis or Canaves, the patios go without coverings, which costs both shade and privacy.

The potential here is enormous. If Katikies follows Andronis and Canaves into continuous renovation, these locations compete with anything on the island — and I'll be first in line to re-review when that happens.
