Six Senses Ibiza sits at #7 on my ranking of the world's most jaw-dropping hotel pools, and it's there for one reason: a cliffside infinity pool engineered around the sunset. The property faces west over the water on the island's quieter northern tip, and the whole design funnels toward that hour.

It's also the version of Ibiza I most enjoy booking — wellness-forward, laid back, and far from the club scene, while still leaving the club scene reachable for anyone who wants a night of it.

Six Senses brings the same wellness DNA here that makes the brand's Maldives properties so easy to recommend: serious spa programming, good food, and a rhythm built around actually resting.
