Head-to-head · One family, two addresses

Bill & Coo Suites or Bill & Coo Coast?

The group that consistently out-executes Mykonos — Best Breakfast and Best Service on the island in my Greece Collection edit — runs two very different addresses. Between them, you’re choosing a location, not a level of quality.

Choose the Suites

If town is your Mykonos

The property to pick when being close to Mykonos Town or traveling with family is the priority — dinners, boutiques, and evenings in town every night, and the breakfast that took Best Breakfast across my entire Greece Collection edit.

Choose the Coast

If beachfront is the point

Adults-only suites directly on a protected bay — unlike most of Mykonos’ luxury hotels perched high above the sea. Massive, genuinely private rooms, some with spectacular private pools, and a beach club I found extremely relaxing.

Like Kalesma and Cali, Bill & Coo is independently owned, and many staff members have been there for multiple seasons — to me, one of the most reliable signs that things are working behind the scenes. Best Service on Mykonos in my edit went to the family as a whole.

The question behind the question

A location choice, not a quality choice.

Exceptional dining and relaxed, genuinely warm service run through both properties — that’s the Bill & Coo signature, and it doesn’t waver between addresses.

My own answer: if I had the choice, I’d always choose the Coast — the protected bay, the adults-only calm, and rooms directly on the water made it my pick. But if your Mykonos is dinners in town, boutiques, and family along for the trip, the Suites’ location earns its keep every single night. Tell me which trip you’re taking and I’ll book the right one.
