Give it three nights. Gundari and Folegandros really need three. If it's booked and you can only do two, I'd still go.
It pairs perfectly with Santorini. Folegandros is right next door, making Gundari an easy add-on for a honeymoon or anniversary trip.
Getting there takes intent. Ferry via a less-frequent line, or helicopter charter direct to the property — plan the crossing before you fall in love with the dates.
Folegandros is a fantastic island, and Gundari makes it even more special. Wow.
