The newest hotel on Paros — a clifftop, adults-only Morgans Originals debut above Agia Irini bay, facing the Antiparos sunset.
Luura is the hotel my Paros clients ask about most, and as of August 2026 it finally exists: the first Greek property in Ennismore's Morgans Originals collection, opened on the cliffs above Agia Irini bay on the island's west coast, looking straight at Antiparos and the sunset.
It's the project of Vivium — the family office of art patron Elie Khoury, working with his daughter Sophie — and it shows in the collection hanging on the walls: Francesco Clemente, Claire Tabouret, Tschabalala Self, alongside Greek artists. The buildings, by Elastic Architects with Berlin's Lambs and Lions on interiors, cluster like a whitewashed village above the water.
The 39 suites are adults-only, every one with a private terrace or garden and a sea view, nineteen of them with private pools. And the restaurant bet is bold: a cliffside outpost of Mimi Kakushi, the acclaimed Dubai contemporary-Japanese room, next to Lenea's Mediterranean menu — nothing else on Paros is attempting anything like it.
You'd be among the first. The hotel opened August 1, 2026 — this is the rare chance to know a property before the rest of the world posts it.
The sunset side of Paros. Most of the island's luxury clusters around Naoussa in the northeast; Luura faces west over Agia Irini bay toward Antiparos, which means sunset from your terrace, not from a crowded bar.
Mimi Kakushi on a cliff. The Dubai Japanese restaurant's first Greek outpost, plus Lenea for Mediterranean and a pool restaurant — a serious food program for a 39-key hotel.
The wellness details. Sauna and cold-plunge contrast therapy, treatments built on essential-oil blends developed with a Greek herbalist, daily breathwork and movement.
Adults only. For a family trip to Paros, Cosme and Parīlio are the bookings.
It's not walkable to Naoussa. Luura sits on the opposite coast — plan on a car, and treat the hotel as a destination rather than a base for town evenings.
First-season rules apply. Brand-new hotels iterate through their first summer. I track how openings actually settle — ask me for the current read before you commit a honeymoon to it.
Rates are on request. The hotel is too new for reliable published pricing — I'll quote exact dates directly, and current opening offers have included a free night on longer stays plus transfers, breakfast, and hotel credit.
Quiet, spare, and confident enough not to over-decorate — the newcomer I'd actually send people to this year.
Rates through me are identical to booking direct — the perks are not. As a Fora advisor, my clients receive a space-available upgrade, daily breakfast, and a hotel credit — plus my direct line to the team on property before and during your stay.
